VERDICT-004-PROV (AUTHORITY), serial 64/135,051, filed under 35 U.S.C. § 111(b): authority-bound autonomous agent execution using sealed human authority records, provably narrowing delegation, and single-use execution credentials derived from a sealed authorization commitment. 200 specification sheets plus 7 drawing sheets. The portfolio is now four applications — one non-provisional and three provisionals; none examined, none granted. Conversion deadline August 17, 2027. Same day: the outstanding basic filing fee on VERDICT-002-PROV (64/059,263) was paid in full, clearing the pre-exam formalities notice and securing its May 6, 2026 priority date. The @verdict/authority package, held internal since July, is the reference implementation of this filing.

/compare/self-custodied-receipts and /compare/ephemeral-proof-receipts publish honest side-by-side analyses of the two architectures most often mistaken for an evidence layer — receipts the subject holds itself, and zero-knowledge proofs marked consumed once verified. Both pages name the rows where the other pattern wins. Two matching FAQ entries added.
ENGINEERING @verdict/authority — sealed human authority records
Sealed Human Authority Records, a pre-execution evidence gate, one-time execution credentials, and revocation that emits evidence rather than silence. Held internal and undisclosed until the corresponding provisional was on file at the USPTO.
PRODUCT Acceptance-test wedge, live SER artifact, legal-accuracy sweep
/acceptance-test ships the Agent Acceptance Test as a go/no-go evidence dossier. A real sealed record is published as a live artifact anyone can re-verify. A full legal-accuracy pass tightened every FRE 902(13)/(14) claim on the site to certification language rather than admissibility language — authentication is one element of admissibility, and the court decides admissibility.

ENGINEERING verdict-edge — Rust sealing core with cross-language parity
A no_std Rust crate building to three targets, with WASM bindings, live Rekor anchoring, and model-hash attestation. A cross-language parity corpus plus property testing proves the Rust and TypeScript implementations produce byte-identical output; two canonicalisation bugs were found and fixed by that corpus.
ENGINEERING @verdict/core extracted with frozen golden vectors
The shared crypto pipeline is factored into @verdict/core behind frozen golden vectors, so the conformance test is a fixed artifact rather than whatever the current build happens to emit. Monorepo CI and release gates closed green.
MILESTONE verdict.systems goes live in production
DNS migrated to Cloudflare. Resend domain verified (4/4 green). 13 routes deployed to Vercel. End-to-end contact form confirmed. The site is live.
